Finding it hard to believe?
Well, so that you can see for yourself right now how the Polara performs, we want to share with you some results from Golf Laboratories, the leader in independent golf ball testing (visit them at www.golflabs.com ).
What they found is what we knew...
The Polara definitely played straighter then the other balls that were tested. Golf Labs conducted the test by setting their machine to use a driver and hit a ball with a swing that would result in about a 70 foot slice. The results showed that the Nike Tour Accuracy, Wilson Staff Pro Straight, Callaway HX Tour and Top Flite Complete Straight balls landed on average about 70 feet off center with a distance of about 190 yards.
The average Polara shot landed 50 feet off center with a distance of about 190 yards. The diagram below shows the results, shot by shot, with the landing spot for each shot and the averages for each ball. One other interesting thing you will notice is that all twelve of the Polara balls landed in the fairway while only four of the forty eight competitive balls landed in the fairway.
To see the actual data (including the landing spot for each shot that was hit) please click on one of the links below. The Animated View will show you each shot as it landed with an average for each of the balls (this animation takes about 48 seconds - please wait until the end to see the Polara results). The Snapshot View shown above shows a summary of the testing results on a separate page.
The bottom line is the Polara works! So next time you’re out, play the Polara. And step up to the tee knowing that you have more than hope on your side.
